Thankyou for your replies. I have had a camera down into my stomach before I was diagnosed . It showed lesions , which must have been connected with my vasculitis. The only thing to have helped is when I have an infusion of rituximab. Unfortunately it does not last the six months . Most days I can eat a biscuit or part of a yogurt . I build up gradually over a couple of days , until the pain starts again . Then no more food for a couple of days . Then l start again. I know it will improve if I can get to the six month infusion , but I feel exhausted and unwell. I’m getting a phone call In A couple of weeks , maybe they can help , although l am trying to avoid steroids, as they increase my eye pressure .
I keep thinking it could be so much worse . I hopefully just have to get though the next few weeks .
