Nerve conductive tests

I am due to have this later in the month. I have not been diagnosed with vasculitis but I have pins and needles in my feet - my legs and knees also ache.

Had eosiniphilic asthma for six years - consultant said bloods are ok apart from eosiniphils which despite having biologics and steroids refuse to come down.

Sounds like you need to check you are not at early stage of EGPA

My bloods show ANCA negative. However I am mindful that certain vasculidities will not have a positive ANCA. My consultant believes I do not have vasculitis however I have been on nucala/fasenra and large doses of pred for a number of years and this will possibly have masked symptoms. My consultant is slightly perplexed as to why the eosiniphils aren't being destroyed by the medication as they should be.

If your consultant isn't Vasculitis specialist, I would ask to get a referral to a special centre. The specialist centre is more likely to see the obscure cases. e.g. I have had two kidney biopsies.
