Asymptomatic Aortitis-second axillary ultrasound scan

I had a second ultrasound scan last month and it appears that the results have changed minimally from the first scan. (Currently taking 2mg/1mg/1mg Pred on 3 day cycle and 10mg Leflunomide daily.)

March '21: September '21:

Left axillary 1MT 1.2mm Left axillary 1MT 1.38mm

Right axillary 1.8mm Right axillary 1MT 1.94mm with slope

Any comments will be gratefully received, particularly in relation to 'normal' measurements.
