Muscle pain after MPA remission

I was diagnosed with MPA in 2015. Initially it presented with severe quadriceps pain then progressed to malaise and kidney involvement. Thankfully Rituxan put into remission and have been disease free since.

Does anyone else who is remission still experience muscle pain disproportionate to the level of exertion? Did a set of 8 body weight squats this week and my quadriceps are unbelievably sore.

Not turning up any information regarding long-term myalgia.

Thanks for anything you can share.

I too am in rutiximab induced remission and I still get the pains. My GPA still causes fatigue also but nothing like when I wasn’t on rutiximab Hope this helps a little

Thanks to both who responded. I’m sorry you are also feeling long-term effects, but it does help to know my experience is shared.

I wonder if this will help (everyone). I am aiming to get one asap for my Mum and see how it goes. One of the doctor owners had an interesting testimonial re his wife and hence how he became interested. avacen.com/
