Hi, has anyone got big disparities with their total white blood count and neutraphils please. Regards the ratios. There's another white cell begins with L. But I can't recall it. TIA ❤

Lymphocytes? I think they make up the B cells and T cells of your immune system. If you are taking immunosuppressants then lymphocytes will be reduced
