One thing I am grateful for

Hi everyone

I’m just about to go to bed but before I do my nightly ritual of mouth washes, sinus washes, teeth flossing etc etc etc I was just thinking....

I’ve not done this for a while as life gets in the way but I was just thinking about one thing I as grateful for today.

And it was that i had fish and chips from a ‘‘proper fish and chip shop’ . I’ve not had much of an appetite recently but today it came back. Yayyyy 🙏🏻🙏🏻😀😀 I had added some vinegar and a little bit of salt with mushy peas. It was delicious.

Well I just wanted to share this with you .

I’m going to make a mental note to do that every

night ( not eat fish and chips lol)

Well night everyone

Take good care of yourselves

Xx

Hi Reggie, that’s brilliant and a brilliant tool, sometimes life can bring you down and remembering things you’re grateful for keeps you from either hanging in there or even totally positive. ☺️ Great way to end the day too. Wishing you all the best ☺️

Well done Reggie a really positive step, if I have learnt anything from all this is everybody’s situation is unique and each person has their own way of creating highs. My biggest problem and regret was to listen to sufferers that had been diagnosed with GPA years ago and had just gone into remission, oh my God! The doom, the gloom, you won’t do this and you won’t do that! They think their bad experiences.s are the same for everyone, don’t listen to them Reggie and take that balanced view as it’s all about you and you will get stronger and stronger, every day passed is another challenge won. Take care.

Reggie - pleased to hear that you’ve regained your appetite! I’ve been through the same ritual and of course if you’re not eating proper meals then it will affect your daily routine e.g. motivation, strength, energy, sleep pattern! Well done, keep going!👍👏
