I recently had a cat scan of my belly and now the whole area is numb to the touch. Is this a normal occurrence or should I seek medical attention? Help!

I've had CT scans - never had any numbness afterwards and I can think of no good reason for that to happen. I would speak to my doctor.

I’ve had two CT scans and never had any numbness afterward.

Seek Advice go to A&E as the problem you may have that the scan was intended to look in fine detail may be developing more symptoms. I’ve had many CT & MRI scans and personally never experienced numbness anywhere. But every individual is different but to be on the safe side and to get peace of mind or even a diagnosis.

I hope everything goes well, good luck Marco.
