I have MPA but now new symptoms of bronchitis with nasal bleeding and scabbing. I am worried that might be GPA symptom of nasal involvement with crusting. Is that what crusting is? I feel the need to blow my nose and each time on each side it blows out a large scab like thing, which I have never experienced before. Should I not blow my nose? It is not otherwise congested. And I have been in remission since this started last December - about 5 weeks of remission - and will have Rituximab for the 2nd round since 6 months ago very soon.

If you contact the VUK helpline we could have a chat about you symptoms. But any new or reoccurring symptoms should always be investigated.
