Hi there I was diagnosed with pmr in June this year after having really bad pains ( in my shoulders and hips mainly) for 5 years and moderate inflammation, my GP wasn't sure but decided to try prednisolone and it worked like a charm. I also have hypothyroidism and 2 weeks ago had to increase levothyroxine by quite a lot, I was aching and sleepy so I had a suspicion my level was low and I increased the dosage of prednisolone too as I wasn't sure which of my hormones was causing me to feel like pants. Has anyone had any issues with taking both prednisolone and levothyroxine. I am a doctors dream by the way as I take my meds absolutely correctly.

There is a PMRGCA forum on HealthUnlocked if you are interested. I know there are a few people on thyroid medication there.
