Dizziness from Prednisone & Rituxan infusions....

After being diagnosed in March '17 with acquired autoimmune hemolytic anemia I've had a series of 7 IV infusions of Rituxan (2 'wimpy' doses & 5 high powered doses). I was also put on Prednisone, starting at 60 mg. & now 6-28-17 am down to 10 mg daily. My major problem is terrible dizziness and lightheadedness. I kept blaming it on the Prednisone but after some internet searching find it is one of the main side effects of Rituxan along with the lowered blood pressures. My blood sugars are wild but that's the Prednisone. Has anyone else had the dizziness with the Rituxan infusions? I have taken Meclizine & Diazepam with no relief.
