Any ideas for a Specialis in Cerebral Vasculitis in North West England area?

Hi there, my sister has had primary cerebral vasculitus for since early 2013 & the Neurologist who effectively saved her life with cerebral, has now retired. She has been given a new Neurologist from the same hospital (The Walton Centre in Liverpool), but I wonder if anyone is in the know as it were, of any well known Specialists of cerebral vasculitis in the area?

Would be grateful of any advice
