Was wondering does snyone else have cravings for hot baths ?when joints and muscles are aching ??

I gave up work this week (well signed off for 3 months) - I treat myself to a hot soak in the bath each morning and it certainly eases my stiffness and soreness. Its lovely not to have stress and be rushing about, and actually giving myself some healing time.

Hot water helps my hands feel better. I haven't tried hot baths yet.

I use the 'Spa', at my local Sports Centre-usually after I have either used the gym, or swam....Very Occasionally both.

When I ache I often have a really hot shower and I mean REALLY HOT! I would probably burn if I had a bath that hot, but it definitely helps soothe the pain and gets my joints moving again. Bliss.

Wonderful to soak in tub of hot water with 1 cup epsom salts and a shot of lavender .Epsom salts contain magnesium which helps pull the soreness out of the joints .
