There will be 350 follow on questionnaires, from the Oxford research study, which was started about 4 months ago, going out tomorrow, so if you completed and returned the last one, please complete and return this one. It comes with a stamped addressed envelope and if Jo could have all 350 returned she will be very pleased. It will also help further research for better out comes for patients. 😊
