Dear John,

I had a 'check-up', at Addenbrooke's Hospital recently, Monday actually. I was intending to ask, about this research when 'they' asked me! So I'm now doing my 'bit', as it were. The nurse even offered to do my clinic 'bloods'- saving me having to wait for their phlebotomist (I knew I wouldn't spell that one quite right, but I was actually reasonably close).

I'll keep you- indeed everyone- 'posted' about how I get on.
