Could anyone point me in the right direction?
I'd love a trial for fatty liver, but no diagnosis yet. Guess the doc is waiting for my autopsy report.
I've currently been diagnosed with Fibromuscular Dysplasia, but no clinical trials that I'm aware of. I did travel to Cleveland to participate in the Registry.
I'm currently taking carbidopa-levodopa for cervical dystonia. That appears to be effective. I can now see more drivers on the road. So that's good news! UC wouldn't take me in a trial because I had to see THEIR Movement Specialist. Well, she was sending me to pain management because I "don't have dystonia."
I don't think things are going to end well.
Because no one takes me seriously with the right rib area pain, I'm not treated. Aspirin is the treatment for Fibromuscular Dysplasia for stroke prevention. Not a good idea. Just saying...
And if it's both cervical dystonia & FMD. Well, look out. I can't have any sudden movements of my neck with carotid FMD. No chiropractors, no deep tissue message, no roller coasters, and no scuba diving. With that being said & today being Parkinson's Awareness Day... Wouldn't you know I have internal tremors, but my RX can actually cause tremors as a side effect.
Now, isn't this going to be a fun ride!?!
