Hi!

My sister 4 weeks ago had a double transplant kidney and liver.

Her Creatine levels go up and down, and today it went to 90!

Has anyone else had this issue, post kidney transplant?

Look forward in hearing your feedback!

Regards,

Concerned Sister

Hi bt72, you shouldn’t worry too much about that. I had a transplant about 14 weeks ago. My creatinine yo-yo like crazy and still does. I’m very fine and getting on with my life.

If she’s under the care of a renal doctor, they will surely be monitoring her levels.

Hi don't go worrying to much about your sisters creatin fluctuating as I'm sure it does for everyone. I'm 2/1/2 years post op for my kidney transplant and my results for creatin never stays the same. As long as her readings remain within 60-110 she's with the normal range. I hope this helps and erases your anxieties re same. All the best to your sister..

Take Care

2 years post kidney transplant and my creatinine level hovers around 180. Not ideal but as long as it stays stable that’s the key.
