I have had TS all my life but was only diagnosed 10 yrs ago. I have tried Tetrabenazine and am now on Sulpiride but none of them seem to work. What other medication or therapies do people reccomend.

It's what your consultant would recomend as they would know you better and of course have the knowedege and experience to know what would suit you. I'm having Habit Reversal Training at the moment which is going well at the moment.
My son is on Clonidine, which seems to be working well, but we have tried other things that haven't worked at all, and in fact made him depressed. It seems to be a case of trial and error.
I agree with Catherine, you need to keep talking to your consultant.
By the way my son is 17, and he was diagnosed 2.5 years ago and life is easier with the diagnosis.
I've had TS all m y life and have never taken any meds for it (apart from horrific meds experiment I had many moons ago when they kept me in hospital for three weeks - I've been averse to them ever since)
I was dzxd when I was 47yo and now I'm 59yo the docs want me to go on Risperidone but I'm not so sure
I'm a bit scared to be honest after my dreadful meds experiences 24years ago
My son was diagnosed at the age of 7 and is now 10 and has taken medication since diagnosis. He is on Clonodine and that seems to work for him.
