ive started using battery powered stereo headphones,

they do help and have volume control. good reception

didnt cost much from china

Wireless headphones have been the saving of me! The downside is the dire state of what passes as popular music these days. However, we've had Boom Radio for a few years and there's three channels therein to chose from if you are getting in through the internet. One if DAB.

Yes. It's my go to at bed time. Classical string music seems to be the thing for masking tinnitus at that time of the day. I suspect there's something similar in the sound frequencies that (my) tinnitus and the violin produces.

yes, theres a dr cliff tinnitus relief video on the internet seems to work for me as

well
