Ear infection

Hi,I did a nasal rinse and it's caused me an ear infection.

I need to fly on Sunday.

I'm worried it will make it worse.

Can anybody offer any advice?

You sill have a few days till you fly , do everything you can to get rid of your ear infection.

Yes, I'm on antibiotics and ear drops. Just hoping it clears. It's in my weak ear where I have tinnitus anyway. At the moment it's so loud and muffled. So fed up of this.

Ask your chemist, I use " Quies ear planes" plastic ear plugs for flying. Put in before take off , can take out when reach cruising speed. Then back in again when starting to descend. Actually shouldnt you be seeing the doctor with an ear infection?.

Hey did you get better and able to fly?

I flew it was ok.But ear is still a bit blocked and muffled.

Starting to think could be permanent
