Hi, can I ask what symptoms you have in your ear please, I have the fullness feeling, almost exactly like I’ve landed after a plan journey. My ears also feel ‘tight’. I don’t have any hearing loss for my age according to 2 x heating tests. The ear sensation keeps my focused on my T. I could deal with this better if this sensation were to disappear. I’ve noticed they feel worse when I’m stressed.

Hi,Do either of you have vertigo with the tinnitus and "fullness" in your ear? You may want to ask your Audiologist about Meniere's Disease. Tinnitus, ear fullness and vertigo are main symptoms. Later stages may cause drop attacks which, after 6 years of tinnitus, was the symptom that brought it all together for me. Shame it took so long to get figured out.

Also, if you've had tinnitus for a year now, you most likely will have it forever. There are ways to help cope with it,apparently. I'm still trying to figure out what they are. 🤔

I don’t, I certain mine was noise induced, I woke with it the morning after a loud music event.
