Look up Liam Boehm. He has loads of free you tube videos you can watch and also a course you can buy with steps to follow to silence tinnitus. He has silenced hundreds of people's tinnitus. He is not a scammer as many seem to think. I have followed him for a while and have bought his course. He silenced his own tinnitus which lead him to do lots more research and produce his course.

From what I have read LB suggests a high protein diet with few fruit and veg and zero carbs and dairy . Did your diet change to this regime?

did your T reduce after doing his course?

Diet is only 10% of the process to silencing tinnitus according to what he says. There is so much more and he does back it all with science. Lots of meat, especially liver, reduce carbs and sugar significantly, reduce dairy, few fruit and veg are some of what he says. I'm only half way through the course and it takes months to acheive results.

He definitely is a scammer

What makes you believe that? Have you followed him or watched any of his videos or followed any of his advice?

in reply to Sazzyrich

He is a scammer. Just what he promises isn't true. Have you slinced your T?

You haven't answered my questions so I'm assuming you don't follow any of his advice. I'm only half way through his course and it takes months of consistency to achieve results.

It's a scam. Honestly, how people believe this stuff i have no idea. If all this worked it would be used world wide and there wouldn't be people suffering. People like that are scum.

You can't silence Tinnitus. You can habituate, and some random cases it might go away specially in the acute stage. But what he is doing is making money out of desperate people.

You clearly haven't tried any of his advice and are happy to live with tinnitus.

And you are gullible. Stop spreading fake information.

Let's cool things down a bit.

Telling someone that they 'are happy to live with tinnitus' is not helpful nor supportive - it's also not what we do here.

Accusing someone of being a scammer is also potentially problematic if the person being accused decides to raise a libel action.

Let's agree to disagree, drop the personal insults and keep this a community which tries to support each other.

I think the key thing to remember is what helps one person with their T may not help another . That doesn't make one approach right or another wrong. It just means we're all different. I dismissed LB at first but someone challenged me to listen to one of his YT videos. He's very wordy but he does give some good advice. He's Australia's young, handsome answer to Julian Cowan Hill. Whether he can silence T is debatable.
