Spikes more often

Hi all hope your all well I've noticed this last few months my t was a bearable hissing with the odd spike now its seems l have my base level which l hope l am habituated to it but noticing lately I'm having a spike at least once a week don't panic to much normally comes to base again 3to 4 days later anyone else experiencing this and does it change thanks

certainly I get bad days and good days with the T. I get a spike when - for instance - I’ve been somewhere noisy like a coach trip where the T is almost totally masked. When the sound goes, my brain is expecting noise so it makes its own. When I’m not feeling well. When I’m feeling well! Mostly though I totally ignore it (other than when responding to posts).

This has been the case for the sixty-odd years I’ve had it!
