So there is a certain you tuber/author/pshyotherapist whith itials of JCH who has shared his story that after 20 years of suffering, he discovered someone who could perform a miracle and his tinnitus stopped . I have watched many of his videos but there is something dishonest about the way he comes across.
Has anyone actually had this therapy and has worked?

I found her blog post very good and informative.
Apparently it depends on what type of tinnitus you have and what causes it. There is a website called Stuff that Works and in the tinnitus group there is a guy who said cranial sacral therapy has made a huge difference to lower his T, although he doesn't claim to have been cured. He also refers to Julian Cowan Hill.
These seems to be something to look into, but as with anything we shouldn't be expecting a cure as such, but any help is welcome.
The issue we have in the UK is to find a good therapist for cranial sacral therapy that also understands tinnitus. Even if we find one, they will probably be too expensive for most people.
hi from what I have read about this and JCH it may be helpful if your tinnitus is due to psychological/emotional issues (anecdotally JCH tinnitus was emotionally related ) Unsure if it helps with physical deterioration like noise induced or hearing loss related tinnitus.
I saw this chap only once I found him quite strange and his fees were quite high
Hi Nasturtium50 I've got mixed feelings about JCH. I've read his book and agree with some of his ideas but not all of them. He wouldn't be my first choice of therapist - if I'm honest. I think the main benefit of alternative therapies is they can help you to relax which almost always has a positive effect on T .
