Used a leaf blower 3 weeks ago ,and have severely raised my tinnitus level,I’m now even having problems sleeping.
The strange think is I wore double hearing protection and the manual states only 94db but then I noticed 110db on the motor so I checked with a sound monitor and it read 94db so can’t understand it ,nurse checked my ear and small amount of fluid behind drum.

What you are describing - your nurse's account of a small amount of fluid behind the ear drum - seems to relate more to an inner ear infection than to any connection with the use of the leaf blower.
Has an ear infection been diagnosed in your case, and if so, is it being treated?
Remember that correlation is not necessarily causation. The two things could be unrelated so just try to deal with the problem and don't worry too much about the next time you need to blow the leaves. You might find this article interesting: news.keckmedicine.org/study....
