loud tinnitus

can i ask amin some thing breathing exc 6 ttimes a day relaxation one a day why is my tinniuus so loud im even not drinking some times the tinnitus this month i dont notice it but when i notice it again its all ways loud could tell me what im doing rong

The fact that you sometimes don't hear it means that you are starting to habituate which is a good thing! I don't do breathing exercises as it seems to draw attention to my T and therefore does not really help.
