iv been back to the hospitial to get my hearing aids tweked but there doing no good at all there is no difrence when i take thenm off or when i wear them

Hello deltec. Everybody experiences T in different ways. Mine is constant, yours may go up and down, be louder some days than others. It is what it is.

As far as your hearing aids go, you say they don’t seem to be working properly, with your hearing no different.

I expect you have checked, very thoroughly, the instructions. I can only suggest you ring the audiology department for assistance.

Hi deltec, in addition to what Happyrosie said, you also need to give the hearing aids a bit of time to work; they don't necessarily help right away - it can take a few weeks of wearing them consistently to notice a difference.
