Hi Struggling1.

Really sorry to read about the difficulties that you've been having. Do you have anybody accompanying you to your hearing today? Is this an internal procedure or have you gone to a tribunal?

Let us know and we'll see if the HealthUnlocked community have had any similar experiences.

Best wishes

Pat

Im a Civil Servant working for the DVSA, they are just about to sack me because I can’t do my job. I’ve got chronic neck pain and constantly looking up underneath trucks is irritating it, also the loud noises from engines etc is making my tinnitus worse. They are refusing to find me a more suitable role despite being a large organisation.
