New member with tinnitus

Hi I’m new here and I have had tinnitus for nearly a year now have tried some suggested concoctions and nothing has worked.

Audiologist has given me a tinnitus mask which does very little.

Have been researching on YouTube and other sites and came across Joey Remenyi and this group came up am interested to know if any one has tried her rock steady programme and if it works.

What she said in her intro video makes a lot of sense and I am sure that the things she talks about possibly will work but you can learn a lot for free or with books.

Interested please point me to any posts
