my suggestion to you first, Stavrou, is to have a good look,at the website of Tinnitus UK. As far as I can see, this is the best worldwide resource.
Not everything that one person tries is suitable for another person and you might need to keep trying - but have you given the following a really good chance: hearing aids (which make the phantom noise less because the real noise is clearer) and mindfulness?
When you’ve had a chance to go through the TUK website you might want to give them a ring? Mon to Friday 9-5
Thank you so much for your reply Happyrosie. Yes agree we are not all the same . And I will have a good look through website , as last night , I hadn't but was going today... 😊
I feel for you Stavrou1. I'm noticing a marked increase this year. Had 1 week where it subsided but that's all. Having to take Nytol to try and get some sleep. I have a Dr appt next week as never been before for it. Hopefully some help will be forthcoming
Ahhh thank you for your reply , I also feel for everybody with this chronic condition!! . I also have epilepsy, tinnitus is one of the conditions link to it .
Am on 150mg a nite with Amytriptline, still doesn't help enough.
