Tinnitus after headaches

I started having headaches after Christmas and a low ringing in my ears. Since then I've been going to rehab for my neck muscles and my headaches have got better, also have been taking Tryptizol once a day before sleeping. However the ringing has got worse, during the day I can manage, but at night is really horrible. Is this tinnitus or something else? Could you recommend an app for android mobiles with white sounds or whatever there is? Thank you.

I understand how difficult it could be at night I go through the same thing. Go to your app store and just Google apps for tinnitus until they're all pop up
