Tinnitus help

Hello, 5 days ago I woke up with a blocked ear (this has happened to me before and I fixed it with ear wax softer) but this time I had a ringing in my ear after 3 days of the ear wax drops. I went to the doctor who flushed my ear out with a water jet but I still have the ringing. Will it stay or will it go???

Unfortunately, only time will tell. No-one knows. Try not to listen for the noise or focus your attention on it, as that runs the risk of making it more long-lasting. Easier said than done, I appreciate.

You don't have Tinnitus. Ear wax related ringing should go on its own. Its temporary. You should go for ENT checkup just in case you have ear wax still left.

I actual fact, I most certainly do have tinnitus, I have been to ENT, no remaining wax, had MRI scan, nothing more can be done but to live with it. Thank you for your expert advice (not).
