I had covid positive results for about 10 days, about 7 days into it I started with a constant ringing in one ear. It is really difficult to get to terms with the fact that I will have this for the rest of my life.
My gp has told me to take hayfever tablet medication once a day (I sometimes suffer from this) and prescribed me beconase 50mcg hayfever nasal spray.
Has anyone had any experience with this? I'm not doing anything to make it worse am I?
He has referred me to ENT but I'm assuming that will take a few months.
Thanks

Since CBT ( NHS) has a long waiting list, I'm paying for hypnotherapy with someone who can also use CBT techniques. The visualisations she uses are helping so far...
