Hello everyone, i am from India. Suffering from Tinnitus in both ears, left more prominent. I think I can live with this just want to reduce volume. Anyone can please suggest any medicines?

There's no medication for tinnitus, but there are management techniques such as sound therapy, relaxation and mindfulness that can help.
