Anxiety probably from tinnitus. Dealing with this since last summer. Also am waiting for a TMJ scope surgery. Trying to reduce stress and eat healthy. It has been a difficult journey. I have improved since the last winter and still have a long way to go.

Thanks, I will follow those links. I find it hard to deal with the anxiety. My doctor has tried several medications and counciling.
