My tinitus sounds like shortly syncopated segments of a song running to long lengths. I can even recognize a genre of the "song": bas, voice, trumpets. Is that common? Or is my brain act like a DJ? I am my own radio?

My MES (musical ear syndrome) started litterly overnight four years ago following diagnosis for heart condition. I really don't know if the medication / condition had any involvement or just coincidence...
My hearing has got progressively worse since the onset of the condition as I now need two hearing aids and increasingly finding hearing difficult.
