today as an eg no sound, like a hum or vibration - (working from home today) then 4pm ka boom..... vibration begins and a sharp pain in the ear - 2hours 20 mins non stop now and it will go on for another 12 hours at least and sitting here i really dont get it sometimes but i feel it and it aint cool thats for sure why sometimes and sometimes not. What was nice today though was no headphones on till 4pm felt like being free lol ..

Hey Glynis have to say no been like normal all day and then around 4pm this afternoon the buzzing in ears began and a short sharp pain once in a while so had to put the headphones on with ocean sounds running low to block out the buzzing sound.
