It's not about your diagnosis, it's about your ability to work. There are people with certain diagnoses that are able to work while others with the same diagnosis are more severely affected and can't work.
You can claim but the form you fill in, and the medical you will have to undergo, will determine whether you qualify. It is very hard to get ESA but if you don't get awarded it you can always appeal.
I would advise that you get help with the form (and any appeal you may have to apply for in the future). Citizens Advice are very good and have people trained in how to complete the paper work.
If you have a specialist or carer involved in your care, this will help too.
