I've been diagnosed hypo since 2008. Was on 100 levo until Dr. reduced to 75 as he said I was overmedicated with TSH 0.02 ( 0.27-4.2 ). FT4 - 18.2 (12 - 22) FT3 4.3 (3.9 - 6.8)
On 75mcg my TSH went up to 26.7 FT4 - 11.6 FT3 not done. So under medicated.
Back to 100mcg TSH - 3.8 FT4 - 16.3 FT3 - 4.5
New DR asked me about my symptoms and upped me to 125mcg and if no adverse reactions to 150mcg before retesting.
I have not had any relief from the many symptoms I have when taking Thyroxine. It doesn't seem to have any affect on ,me. Would T3 help?

Hi The one thing that springs to mind is the FT3. if you do not feel "right" then that would probably make a difference. I need mine just under the top of range,it also lowers the TSH. On those results I doubt a GP ( unless daring) would treat you. you might need to see an endo.
