Best time to take b complex tablets for more energy?

Hi

Can someone please advise when is the best time to take b complex tablets when already medicating with T3 for thyroid / adrenal problems? And how long will it take before i see any improvements in energy? I previously took Solgar 1000 mcg methylcobalamin B12 for a month but felt no different, was that long enough to make a difference?

a month of b12 is not enough if your energy levels are down for multiple reasons......which often they are

I would personally carry on with the B12.....

B complex is best taken in the morning for most people:

I agree with nobodies driving. Have you had your B12 level tested? your GP can do this.
