What is T3/T4

When should calcium be taken? etc etc

I think Sally is talking about compiling info at the meeting.

We are expecting some 'sticky' posts for this site in the very near future! One use for these will be to have some basic info available, such as the things Sally has mentioned. Watch this space..!

The site has loads of really gd info which we always tell the members of the group about but some times new members look really baffled by all the jargon so i thought it would just be good to put together a basic list they could look at each meeting.
