Does anyone else who is relatively fixed and can lead a normal life experience a crash when one has overdone things?
I end up with a sore throat, fat feeling heavy face, yellow face, aching limbs, nausea and the strong desire to lay down.

Not a crash, just maybe some days little bit shaky later in the day. I am on the go all day and have my energy back.
I think you have to go back to whoever is prescribing for you. I don't think you should have these symptoms if you are 'relatively fixed' especially nausea and yellow face'. Is your B12 and Vit D at a good level.
Hi, thanks for that. In terms of VitB12 and VitD I have had these checked but have high biliruben which will could account for yellow face but all people involved aren't sure about it (yet another no-mans-land situation)
What were your levels of B12 and Vit D (with ranges)This is a link - my bilirubin was higher this time and I googled this.
Occasional collapses in energy levels seem to be my biggest problem after overdoing things, although I usually get through a week and then find the weekends are just lost when it does happen.......don't really get the other symptoms, although I have been diagnosed with Gilbert's Syndrome, so am frequently a variable shade of yellow anyway.....
I guess that's one way to find out how well you are. If you have enough reserves, it may take more to crash. I had been doing energetic work in 85 degree heat and totally collapsed. I didn't pass out but my muscles just stopped allowing me to stay on my feet and I was very nauseous for the rest of the day. The following day I was okay.
