How do you feel? Thats the most important thing!! TSH is not a good measure of how your thyroid is working or whether you are utilising the thyroid hormone at cellular level. Having a supressed TSH is fairly normal when on any form of thyroxine.
If you have a supressed TSH when not on meds and often a raised T4 would indicate being hyper. If you have a raised TSH and lowered T4 would suggest hype. But that is a very very basic concept.
If your are hyperactive or overactive then your body is producing too much thyroxine if you are hypo or underactive then it is not producing enough. That is a simplistic view.
It is possible to take too much medication and send your body too far away from the balanced or eurythoid state.
best thing to do is to read up on the subject and if baffled then post your blood results and the meds you are on with a brief history.
