Yes, I do. Not bedbound for weeks but certainly lose two or three days on a regular basis.
I also go through stages of feeling very hypo followed by stages of being seemingly hyper.
As an example went to GP last week because pulse and blood pressure been high for two weeks then yesterday crashed and slept for ages and pulse now slow.
I take Erfa too and have found it better than levo alone but I am fearful that if I make too much of these swings then they might blame Erfa as inconsistent and I might lose it and have to go back to just levo.
Got the ME diagnosis too - some ten years ago. Only thing that has ever helped is the thyroid meds.
How does a crash effect you?
