If I had a dollar for every time I’ve been asked how I manage my autoimmune disease I could buy a small island. I’m happy with my two-bed flat, so I’ll share my experience and tips and philosophies on it all here for free.*
I’ve been promising this for ages: a rundown of what I’ve done to get on top of my Hashimoto’s (hypoactive thyroid disease), and to throw in some advice from practitioners I’ve turned to for help (check out naturapth Angela Hywood’s healing eating tips here)...
thank you so much for 'sharing' your story...learnt a lot by just reading and totally agree with 'be kind to yourself', this is something I'm learning to do now at the ripe old age of 61 tomorrow to be exact....can't believe I have reached this age...thyroid has almost knocked the 'stuffing' out of me but T.G. with my daily prayer and learning more each day things are getting better...only wish I could have found this blog sooner!Oh by the way when you spoke about the inner eyebrow being non-existent this has also been a problem..yes I colour in the empty parts with pencil....but its not the same...anyway thank you all so much who write and 'share' and goodbye until the next time.
