Just a thought my multi nodular goiters are colloid a sticky glue substance, I have some problem sometimes swallowing, but recently had a sinus operation FESS for an obstruction and chronic sinusitis, and post nasal drip the swallowing has improved and my breathing is better as phiegm was going down my throat, Its now drying up and I am hoping has been a success.

best wishes Helen
