April..rash hasnt gone ,even under a sun tan..my aches have worsened l cant walk with out pain my arms and hands are worse..l am badly hypo at the moment BUT this pain is worse than ever...any one else i this boat?

Hve you been tested for ANA? antinuclear antibodies indicate lupus - but have you also been checked for rheumatoid arthritis? The facial butterfly thing is specific to lupus...so its likely that you have it.
