Private blood test

When is the best time of the day to do my blood test… and should I eat or drink? I had my nhs bloods done and they were right on the top end but gp would do further testing so quite anxious to get this right.

As early in the morning as possible and without eating or drinking. Tsh is highest first thing in the morning.
