Had a nasty tummy virus 4 weeks ago. Doctor confirmed to just let it run its course when I saw him originally. Although the worst is passed cannot seem to pick myself up. Feel so weak and tired. Have lost 10lbs in the last month due to the virus and loosing my appetite. I did have it to loose so not too worried about that! But was wondering how this has affected how I absorb my Levo. Also stopped my Vit D, B and magnesium when I was poorly.

What is the way forward to regain some energy and feel better? I have just re started my vitamin D and shall introduce the orhers gradually but still eating lightly but healthily.

It might have affected absorbsion of levo, maybe give it a few weeks of giving your self some TLC then get your bloods tested if not better.
