Heart effects and blood pressure

I had a heart valve replacement last year. All was going well with recovery, then my heart rate started going over 100 frequently, my blood pressure went low, or sometimes high, I got fatigued easily, and sometimes dizzy. I have had an echocardiogram which, thankfully, showed heart o.k. Awaiting heart monitor result. Have noticed my legs are suddenly hairless, also arms. Could this be thyroid problems?

Hi mimicath, welcome to the forum. :)

Sounds very much like thyroid problems, yes. But to be sure you need blood tests:

TSH

FT4

FT3

TPO antibodies

Tg antibodies

vit D

vit B12

folate

ferritin

When you get some results, post them on here, with the ranges, and we'll be able to tell you if you have a thyroid problem. :)
