My last lab result is T4 7.0 and TSH 0.50. The GP didn’t even check my T3. I am currently taking 2grain Armour. I feel super tired with insomnia. Any answers????

Well, you've given us the results, but not the ranges, so not possible to give any answers. But, with a TSH that high on 2 grains, you either have an absorption problem or you're under-medicated. We'll know more when your give us the ranges.

Crazy as it may seem, GPs rarely test the FT3. They don't know what it is. But even if they request it, the lab will probably refuse to do it. Such a world we live in!

Sorry. T4 7.0 range 4.2-12.0

TSH 0.50 range 0.30-5.0

OK, so your TSH is still in-range, which is unusual on two grains of NDT. So you probably could go up in dose by 1/4 grain, see if it helps. :)
